Ian is the VP, People Strategy and Transformation at Synopsys and has spent most of his career as a senior HR leader focusing on HR technology, people analytics, employee experience and workforce planning. In addition to working in HR in large global organisations, Ian led the creation of Insight222's HR learning business (myHRfuture), where he worked as the firm's Chief Operating Officer for five years, and has also been a board advisor for various HR technology and people analytics startups.
