Eden is VP of People and Analytics and Digital Solutions at Ericsson. Ericsson is one of the leading providers of information and communication technology (ICT), specifically 5G and next-generation communication services. With 100,000+ employees, Ericsson operates in over 180 countries around the world.
Eden’s Digital Solutions team own the digital transformation journey for the People Function and is focused on improving employee experience by implementing the right technology, simplifying processes, and embedding digital service design. The People Analytics team regularly tackle many of today’s analytical challenges, from manipulating and connecting large data sets, delivering HR data insights and uncovering the most critical business constraints.
Before joining Ericsson, Eden spent 12 years in Financial services leading People Analytics and the Chief Data Office at two large banks. Before that, he worked in the Technology sector for Cisco. Eden is currently based in the UK but has spent considerable time living and working internationally in Asia and the Middle East.
