Dr. Kowske has spent a decade leading global people analytics, employee experience and engagement, and workforce planning teams in the Med Tech industry and within consulting firms, currently serving as the Director of Talent Analytics and Workforce Planning at Boston Scientific.
She has built a career on a foundation of practical organizational research and is an innovator and entrepreneur at heart. She drives to scale research through building and strengthening tech strategies and capabilities and gets her energy from helping HR and leaders apply the insights it generates to improve work for employees and the organization.
Dr. Kowske received her Ph.D. From the University of Minnesota and is the co-author of the management book RESPECT: Delivering Results by Giving Employees What They Really Want.
