David is an HR leader who is passionate about using evidence to unlock people potential and enhance the employee experience for everyone. He has had a broad experience in business starting as an engineer, and then moving through management consultancy, IT strategy, business transformation and HR. In HR David has led global business partnering teams and been responsible for Talent management alongside his specialism in People Analytics. Currently David leads a department which covers HR Strategy alongside People Analytics and Employee Insights for ING.
