I work as a solution architect at One Model, supporting our sales and customer success teams. In this role, I design solutions with people analytics teams around the world.

My work touches on strategy, content design, and implementation, as well as technical components like data integrations, security, data modeling and data science. It's a very broad role. I'm learning all the time, and I absolutely love it.

I've been working in HR and analytics for 15 years both at large organizations like Target and tech companies like Jobs2web and SmartRecruiters.

Prior to that I received my Masters Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
