Karan has around 2 decades of experience in Learning, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Inclusion roles.

He is currently part of Citi’s global talent strategy team based in London. Previously, he has held a number of regional roles with Citi and JP Morgan in Asia Pacific.

He believes in diversity of thought being a key element of building an inclusive society.
