Prior to founding Simply, Simon conceived, founded and led Deloitte’s People Analytics business in the UK and led their Workforce Planning business worldwide.

Simon is a regular speaker and guest lecturer, and passionate about the potential for insight and technology to benefit businesses, workers and society as a whole.
