During the session, Ian Bailie, VP People Strategy and Transformation, will dive into their journey and how they’ve tackled the skill-data problem at Synopsys. Joining him is Mikaël Wornoo, COO and co-Founder at TechWolf, who will also share examples of other leading companies on their path to become skill-based.
