David will share a recap of Nokia's People Analytics journey to date, and how they have matured to develop some fantastic analytics products and services for multiple domains. In spite of their portfolio success and evolving advanced technology applications, they struggled with their ambition for greater Executive adoption and sponsorship. This required a pivot, and assess the barriers. This resulted in the design of new products and services co-created with leaders, specifically for the Executive audience use. He will share their path and highlights in creating the “Right Tool… for the Right Job”.
