Amit Mohindra is CEO of People Analytics Success, a leading global people analytics advisory, coaching, and education firm based in Boston. Amit has built and scaled people analytics teams at Apple, McKesson, and Wayfair. He began his career as a labor economist at The World Bank. Subsequently, he worked in business consulting and corporate roles for organizations such as Goldman Sachs, IBM, and Willis Towers Watson.

Amit applies his engineering background and decades of business and analytics experience in guiding organizations and individuals toward success in their talent, analytics, and communications journeys. He is an HR Advisor at Semper Virens, serves on the advisory boards of several HR tech companies, including Crunchr and Watercooler, and is an advisory expert to the International Institute for Analytics.

Amit teaches people analytics at Stanford and has lectured at Brown, Cornell, Dartmouth, NYU, and UC Berkeley. He founded The Conference Board’s Intelligent Automation Executives Council and was a Senior Fellow in Human Capital. Amit holds a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California and an MA in economics from Brown University. He frequently speaks on the future of work, AI, and data-driven talent and communications strategies.
