Warren is Sainsbury’s Head of People Analytics, responsible for Reporting & Analytics, People Insights, and Data Integrity. His passion throughout his career has been the opportunity to use data and analytics for positive contribution and impact.

He joined Sainsbury’s in 2000 to head up People Analytics with a mandate to transform the function. This included setting the vision for People Analytics: foundational analytics (year 1–2); advanced analytics (year 2–4); cognitive analytics (year 4–6), supported by an operational plan for how to get there.

Warren led or was part of quantitative and qualitative research teams in People Science at CEB Gartner for 10 years, co-authoring more than 20 research studies. In previous roles, he has led new digital product and service transformations, from opportunity identification through to development and delivery, to drive improved business outcomes.
