Marquam is the People Analytics and Digital Strategy leader at Seagate Technology. He leads a team responsible for delivering comprehensive HR analytics and employee experience insights. Additionally, he oversees the HR Project Management Office, ensuring the prioritization and alignment of HR and IT resources and systems. Since taking on the leadership role in People Analytics in 2018, Marquam has expanded the team from two analysts to a group of ten, all dedicated to integrating systems, processes, and data across the employee life cycle to elevate the employee experience and drive business insights.

Since joining Seagate in 1995, Marquam has held various leadership roles, including Market Research, Market & Competitive Intelligence, Six Sigma Black Belt, Sales and Marketing eBusiness, and HR Performance Management, Succession, and Learning Management. Throughout his tenure, he has led several key initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes to support both customer success and corporate strategy.

Marquam resides in Aptos, California, with his family.
