Paulina has over 10 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors. Before joining PepsiCo, she worked at MFS Investment Management, Grupo Financiero Interacciones, Mastercard, and the Central Bank of Mexico, where she led the People Analytics agenda.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Northeastern University and an MBA from the Asia School of Business, in collaboration with MIT Sloan.
