Courtney is the Senior Director and Head of Global People Analytics at Colgate-Palmolive, a truly global organisation where new technologies are taking center stage. Her growing team's responsibilities focus on measurement strategies for culture, DE&I, learning, recruiting, turnover, high potentials, and workforce planning.

Courtney is passionate about making data accessible; upskilling the entire HR organisation in foundational data and analytics is the prerequisite to data accessibility, which is underway in 2021.
Prior to joining Colgate, Courtney held similar roles in People Analytics at AIG and Deloitte. She started her career as a management consultant over 20 years ago. Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
