Eric Lesser is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte’s Workforce Analytics practice. Throughout his tenure at Deloitte, he has collaborated with numerous clients across the health care, life sciences, financial, and professional services industries, focusing on workforce analytics strategy, operating models, and data governance. He also co-led Deloitte’s High-Impact Workforce Analytics research.

Previously, Eric served as the head of HR Strategy and Analytics for a major professional services firm and led research at a globally recognized thought leadership organization. He is the co-author of Calculating Success: How the New Workplace Analytics Will Revitalize Your Organization, published by Harvard Business School Press. Additionally, he has written numerous white papers and articles for publications such as MIT Sloan Management Review, The Academy of Management Executive, Workforce Solutions Review, and Journal of Business Strategy.
