Karolina is a People Scientist with a PhD in Psychology from Queen’s University Belfast and over a decade of experience conducting robust statistical analyses to enable data-informed decision-making.

As a social psychologist by training, Karolina has deep expertise in understanding people, their attitudes, and behaviours in contexts that are relevant to them. She spent the first few years of her career conducting and publishing high-quality scientific research and presenting at international conferences.

Prior to joining Culture Amp, Karolina worked in the charity and consulting sectors, using her research and data expertise across the HR lifecycle. She designed employee listening strategies, conducted programme impact evaluations, and used evidence to improve recruitment processes.

Karolina’s main interests include behavioural science, organisational culture, psychometrics, and evidence-based practices.
