Julie Muggli is Director of Talent Operations, Technology & Analytics at ON, where she leads teams across people analytics, talent systems, operations, and employee lifecycle support. Her work focuses on integrating data and technology into strategic workforce planning, enabling the organisation to align talent decisions with long-term business objectives.

Julie brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of economics, analytics, and HR. Prior to joining ON, she held people analytics and strategy roles at Swarovski, where she led global studies on attrition, leadership effectiveness, and training impact, and developed stakeholder engagement strategies to enhance data-driven decision-making across HR functions.

She began her career in labour economics and financial analysis at United Airlines, supporting executive decision-making during union negotiations and contributing to HR policy development. Her early experience in the US federal government focused on data governance and performance analytics, shaping national property management policy.

Julie holds degrees in mathematics and economics and has applied her background consistently to improve organisational performance through data. She is particularly interested in practical applications of analytics that enhance operational effectiveness, improve employee experience, and support sustainable growth.

She is based in Zurich and collaborates closely with business and HR leaders to embed analytics into everyday decision-making.
