Fanni Kadocsa is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic consulting. She began her career at PwC, focusing on audit and advisory services, before joining Xerox as Regional Controller for Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia.

In 2007, Fanni moved to Microsoft Hungary, where she held key leadership roles, including CFO and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Controller Manager. In these positions, she was instrumental in implementing business intelligence frameworks and leading financial integration projects — most notably during Microsoft’s acquisition of Nokia.

Fanni holds an MBA and a BSc in Psychology, and is a certified coach and data analyst professional. She is also a certified AI auditor, currently completing training in ISO 42001, the international standard for AI management systems. As an active member of the International Association of Algorithmic Auditors (IAAA), she contributes to shaping the certification framework for future AI auditors.
