As Group Director at Walmart, Rupert led a 15-person workforce intelligence function designing AI-powered planning solutions serving HR & Finance teams and the C-Suite. As Anaplan’s VP of Human Capital Planning, he used the company’s product to transform the workforce, as well as inspiring large customers to expand their Anaplan licenses to include Workforce Planning. He built people analytics functions at Microsoft, Expedia, Avaya, and Towers Perrin, developing workforce projections, talent supply-demand analysis, and multi-year scenario planning.
Rupert partners with CHROs, CFOs and executive committees to integrate workforce intelligence into strategic business planning. He taught over 200 HR professionals as part of the University of Washington’s HR Management certificate, and holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
