Helena is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience driving impactful people analytics initiatives at Corning Incorporated. As HR Director of People Analytics, she spearheaded the development of a global people analytics function, integrating HR and financial data to gain insights into workforce productivity and enhance business outcomes. She led Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) across global research and international labs to drive innovation excellence by identifying key talent, breaking down silos, and mitigating collaborative overload. Additionally, she pioneered scientific productivity projects, leveraging internal and external quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights on how to optimize productivity in a highly technical, knowledge-based global community of research, development, and engineering.
With a master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and advanced data science training from MIT, Helena combines deep HR expertise with advanced analytical skills.
