Matthew Corritore is a Senior Manager of Data Science on HubSpot’s People Analytics team. He leads a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, and analysts who design AI-powered data products for employees and leaders, and apply predictive analytics to strengthen operational planning. His team developed and productionalized an AI pipeline that analyzes sales call transcripts and recommends prospective customers to Sales reps—an initiative generating more than $3 million in annual recurring revenue. Most recently, his team launched an AI agent for all employees that delivers personalized recommendations for internal mobility and learning content.
Before joining HubSpot, Matt was an Assistant Professor of Strategy & Organization at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, where he taught Strategic Management and Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship. His research on corporate culture—particularly methods for measuring it through collaboration data—has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly and featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and on CBC.
Matt earned his PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he specialized in computational social science and natural language processing.
