Maddie Oliver is a Director at Citi and has been instrumental in building the People Analytics team since its inception in 2019. Her experience encompasses critical areas such as employee surveys as well as Talent, Learning, and Rewards analytics.

Currently, Maddie leads the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management analytics team, transforming data and metrics into actionable insights. She also oversees People Analytics for the Wealth and Personal Banking businesses where she focuses on translating human capital data into clear business outcomes.

Before joining Citi, she worked in the education/nonprofit space (including teaching with AmeriCorps) and brings this unique perspective to HR challenges.

She holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business.
