As VP of Workforce Analytics, Tanmay is an analytics expert across the full talent management stack, including attrition analytics, recruiting, compensation, performance management, engagement and culture, inclusion, and workforce planning. He leads a global team whose mandate is to generate insights, implement predictive analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, and drive action from business stakeholders.

Tanmay took on additional responsibilities last year for Contingent Labor as well as Portal Experience, expanding his scope to solve cross-functional digital HR challenges.

Prior to founding the People Analytics function at Paramount, he was Director of Data Strategy within the Data Strategy Center of Excellence, where he worked across the company on integrated marketing, social media strategy, film greenlighting, streaming playlisting, and various other data-driven initiatives.

Tanmay’s educational experience includes an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.S. with General and Departmental Honors from Johns Hopkins University, with a double major in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Math & Statistics, and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Management.
