Kristin Saboe, PhD, is a nationally recognized leader and Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, awarded for her impact on organizational and workplace strategy, policy, and research. Her career spans leading Google’s Employee Voice function, a professorship at Georgetown University, service in the U.S. Army as a researcher, and previously leading talent strategy and people analytics research at Boeing.
A fellow of the American Psychological Association, Society for Military Psychology, and Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Dr. Saboe is a prolific author of academic and practitioner research articles, including the edited book Military Veterans Employment: A Guide for the Data-Driven Leader.
She is the recipient of early career psychologist awards from the Society for Military Psychology (2019) and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (2020), and was recognized for her national leadership by the President George W. Bush Institute in 2019.
In a pro bono capacity, she leads Government Relations and Advocacy for the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, is a founding board member of the Military Psychology Foundation, and supports several nonprofits through Board service.
She received her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
