Ketaki Sodhi, PhD, is the Head of AI Enablement and Workforce Transformation for Moody’s Corporation. Her team serves as the AI-Human Collaboration Center of Excellence within the company.

Her focus is on designing and implementing frameworks that enable a hybrid workforce, where humans can thrive alongside personal assistants and functional or role-specific digital agents, to rethink how the organization works, grows, and delivers value.

Additionally, her team is focused on broader culture activation, change management, and impact measurement that go along with these efforts.

Prior to this, Ketaki has worked in People Analytics, Talent Management, Consulting/Advisory, and Teaching roles at organizations such as Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, NYU, and HBS.
