Jeremy joined Merck & Co. in 2019 to lead their Workforce Analytics team, focused on Analytics, AI, and Talent Management. Previously, he created a similar team at Morgan Stanley over nine years. Prior to his career in analytics, Jeremy led advanced technology teams for the Omnicom Group, founding several successful HR Tech businesses. He co-authored the HBR cover story, “Competing on Talent Analytics,” in 2010, and a book, Ultimate Performance, in 2007. Outside of Merck, Jeremy advises tech start-up founders in the healthcare and tech sectors through the VC funds SemperVirens and PeopleTech Partners. Jeremy holds degrees from the NYU Stern School of Business and Rutgers University and has been an adjunct professor at Cornell’s ILR School of Continuing Education for eight years.
