Hayley Bresina is a Product Manager for One AI at One Model, where she leads the development of predictive modeling tools, the One AI Assistant, and advanced statistical features.

She also creates resources to help organizations build practical predictive strategies and, most importantly, put model insights to work instead of letting them sit unused.

Before One Model, Hayley spent six years in the U.S. Army leading people analytics and HR operations, including designing and implementing a large personnel tracking system in the Middle East, and later worked in people analytics for biotech companies.

She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois and is passionate about making AI in HR explainable, defensible, and directly useful to practitioners.
