Ian O’Keefe is the Founder & CEO of Ikona Analytics, a hybrid consultancy and AI platform rewiring HR for the AI era. A 25-year veteran of human capital and people analytics, he has built and led teams at Amazon, JPMorgan Chase, Google, and American Express, and earlier served Fortune 100 HR organizations at Deloitte. A recognized voice on HR analytics and digital transformation, Ian is a frequent speaker and a Top 20 Global People Analytics Influencer. He teaches HR Analytics at NYU, has contributed to three books in the field, and advises Semper Virens Venture Capital on people analytics, AI, and the future of workforce technology. Ian holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.S. in Data Science from Northwestern, and completed executive studies in AI at Stanford.
