In this session, Madhura Chakrabarti will share how Syngenta is preparing to build a more data-driven HR function, the challenges and wins from its 2.5 year journey, and concrete examples from its HR Data Fluency learning program.

Building successful people analytics capabilities within an organization requires a strong team, robust data architecture, business-oriented mindset, and the right partnerships with functions like IT and Finance. However, if there’s one factor that’s more important than anything else, it is building data literacy within the HR function itself.

All organizations are going to data and digital transformation. In this context, HR cannot be far nehind. The important question is, how do we enable HR to kickstart this journey and continue the momentum. That is what the current presentation will focus on.
