What happens to talent over a period of time, and what can we learn from it as it moves in, out and around the organisation?

Many organisations are looking at future skills, open talent markets, and increasing retention. Ericsson is no different, and we started with a question: can we use data to review how talent flows in the organisation, and is there anything that we can focus on to change the natural course of events?
