Catriona is an experienced analytics manager and data visualisation expert with a career across a variety of sectors and roles – the common theme throughout being analytics, problem solving and building solutions for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

In a previous company, a role partnering closely with HR to support the Commercial business, sparked Catriona’s interest in people teams and the role of HR, and she made the move from customer analytics into People Analytics, joining Avon in 2017 to lead this area.

Through partnering with the People Leadership Team, Catriona supports global HR strategies across operating model restructure, talent, L&D initiatives and Diversity & Inclusion, leveraging Workday reporting and Tableau.

Most recently Catriona has developed a keen interest in compensation/rewards planning and analytics and has co-led the Group’s Pay Equity project to drive better understanding and action in this area.

A passion for using data for good led to a volunteer role during the pandemic at a not-for-profit start-up to develop a national real-time map of PPE needs, and the solution continues to be developed for future emergency-response situations requiring data-driven needs-matching.

Catriona leads on the data visualisation for this initiative. Catriona has a mathematics degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
