Martha Curioni is the Head of Data and Insights for Flow of Work Co, where she uses employee skill data to develop insights and match employees and their aspirations with opportunities. Prior to this role, she had a wide breadth of experience, including 8 years working in the HR and Talent space. Her most recent role at Deloitte as an internal global talent consultant is where she gained experience with talent analytics. She later completed data science training to acquire additional technical skills, which she now uses to provide companies and their employees with data driven solutions.
