Nat Bulkley, PhD is a consultant, researcher and educator. He believes in integrating science around the social organization, economics underlying digital strategies and participative design to foster environments where people can be their best at work while developing more agile, adaptive ways of working. Nat is a recognized expert on applying organizational network analysis to improve well-being, innovation and productivity. He has led internal consulting practices in Pfizer and General Motors as well as supporting leaders in mid-sized companies and non-profits. Engagements have provided opportunities for applying cutting edge research to organizational and talent development challenges in core business functions, HR, IT, Corporate Real Estate, R&D and Strategy. Nat’s research on knowledge worker productivity, organizational social capital strategies and adaptive organizational change has led to multiple award winning papers and established empirical foundations for books by collaborators in industry and academia. Publications featuring his research include Harvard Business Review, Fast Company and Inc. Nat started his career as a newspaper reporter. Experiences with industry disruption provided motivation for developing better strategies and tools for organizational adaption to change. 
Nat lives in Ann Arbor, MI and is currently engaged in independent consulting as the principal in People Analytics, LLC.
