I am Partner and the CEO of Mercer Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay and COO of Marsh McLennan in Argentina. My responsibilities include the services Mercer provides for more than 5,000 clients in the areas of Health, Wealth and Career, with teams based in Argentina, Paraguay & Uruguay. I am passionate of making the change that I want to see in my country and I work for having a more diverse, equity, inclusive and justice society.

I joined Mercer July 2016 and I was able to align my personal purpose with the Mercer´s one, impacting in a positive way in people lives. Before Mercer I worked in Tech Consulting for 20 years.
