Bas is partner and leads PwC’s Dutch and EMEA People Analytics service offerings. Furthermore, he is responsible for the overall PwC EMEA Workforce capability. He works both for local Dutch clients as well as on cross border engagements. Bas joined PwC in 2010 after having worked in insurance for 16 years in the actuarial space.

He now focusses on strategic workforce related questions and uses his statistical knowledge to make workforce management more data drive. He believes (data driven) insights are only useful if these can lead to and steer actions rather than producing information that is not directly helpful to the business.
