Martine has over 20 years of international experience leading Recruitment, Resourcing and Transformation programmes in the Financial sector, particularly in Technology. Martine expertly navigates complex, large scale change programmes for high demand skills.

Martine joined Natwest Group in September 2021 into Workforce Enablement, where she led people transformation initiatives and programmes to enable the delivery of the Natwest technology workforce strategy.

At NatWest Group, her work is focussed on defining the size, shape, cost and skills of the workforce today and in the future, through attracting, assessing, developing and retaining highly skilled talent to accelerate the quality and productivity of the workforce. From early talent to senior leaders, her vision is to build a resilient, dynamic, and sustainable workforce of the future to meet the evolving needs of the market and NWG customers.

A skilled collaborator, Martine applies her leadership, commercial, and talent management skills across the group and external partners, to deliver innovative and effective solutions, transforming our organisation to meet business needs. She challenges the status quo and encourages ideation to accelerate and simplify making it better for colleagues every day together with creating a culture of learning, agility and inclusion.

Martine holds a BSc in International Relations and Criminal Justice from the University of Plymouth alongside multiple project management, business studies and recruitment related qualifications.
