Kevin is the Head of People Analytics, Insights and Innovations at Experian. Kevin began his career working for Successfactors as a specialist consultant in their then recently acquired People Analytics practice. He then moved to PwC UK, as part of PwC’s Saratoga Human Capital and People Analytics practice where he supported both public and private sector organisations across a variety of projects.

Following PwC, Kevin joined Experian in 2015 as part of their People Analytics team. In his time at Experian, Kevin has led their People Analytics Innovations Lab, rolling out a variety of advanced analytics models, covering predictive attrition and internal mobility, organisational network analysis and natural language processing. Kevin spent a brief stint leading the People Technology team at Experian, before taking on his current role as Head of People Analytics, Insights and Innovations.
