Michael Manning has two decades of experience in HR, operations, and engineering functions for Fortune 500 companies, including Siemens, Merck, Edison International, AIG, and T. Rowe Price. He currently serves as the Vice President of HR Data & Innovation at FM Global and a Senior Consulting Partner with The Rutherford Group.

Michael has received a Global Best Practice Award in HR Analytics & Workforce Planning from the Best Practice Institute. His work has been recognized in books, case studies, and journals, and he serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Strategic Workforce Planning & Intelligence Council at The Conference Board.

Michael has developed and taught courses on Strategic Workforce Planning and HR Financial Analysis at Claremont Graduate University. He earned an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from California State University, San Bernardino. Michael is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an SPHR certification.
