Janelle is the Senior Manager of Workforce Planning at RTX. She is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide WFP projects. With over 20 years of experience in HR, her expertise includes WFP, HR Business Partner roles, and Talent Acquisition, including Employer Branding.

Janelle is passionate about implementing data-driven solutions that empower her clients to strategically plan, acquire, and develop talent to meet their business objectives. She has previously worked at Bosch, Citibank, and Hilton Hotels. Janelle holds a BA in Business from Michigan State University.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching college football, and spoiling her rescue dog.
