Andrew is a seasoned transformation leader with experience at Sanofi, Shell, and Nike. Most recently, he led the group-level Organisation Capability & Transformation team at Sanofi, comprising People Analytics, Transformation, Organisation Consulting, Learning, and Capability Operations, with a team of around 300.

Using engaging storytelling and the power of analogy (drawing on the aviation ecosystem), he outlines a holistic and systemic approach to elevating organisational health. Andrew will share practical frameworks and real-world experience for building sustainable capability to execute a company’s strategy, balancing transformative change with organic evolution.

  • Organisations face unprecedented rates of change, requiring both reactive and proactive approaches—for example, Shell’s response to the pandemic or Sanofi’s Play to Win transformation.
  • Andrew draws from concrete examples across the pharmaceuticals, energy, and consumer goods industries.
  • First-hand experience in implementing AI and new operating models.
