Jonathon is a seasoned HR professional and CIPD fellow, with experience in HR across financial services, technology, and the Civil Service. He has worked in global organizations and is currently with the Scottish Government. By switching between the private and public sectors, Jonathon brings an understanding of how different cultures and contexts influence the practice of HR and strategic workforce planning.

Having operated in a variety of HR roles, he has experience leading teams that function as centres of expertise as well as HR Business Partnering teams. This breadth of experience enables Jonathon to design and implement HR strategy effectively.

His approach seeks to complement HR technical expertise with insights from neuroscience and systems thinking, allowing him to design and deliver change that brings results.
