Alejandro is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in Workforce Planning, Strategy Execution, and Organizational Design across various industries and countries. He currently works as the Lead Expert in Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics at Merck KGaA.

Passionate about aligning business outcomes with the people and decisions behind them, Alejandro has a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives. His background includes leadership roles at GE Vernova, where he spearheaded workforce planning and analytics initiatives.

In addition to his industry experience, Alejandro has held multiple consulting roles at EY, Korn Ferry, and KPMG. He holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Behavioural Science and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
