I am passionate about evolving the HR discipline toward more data informed and tech enabled approaches. I'm excited by the potential of emerging tech to transform work, enable people, lift productivity and enhance roles. I see strategic HR as a critical driver of organisational outcomes; and come to work to enable shifts in business productivity and performance through capability, culture and employee experience.
