Sam is a Senior Strategic Workforce Planning and Organisation Design Consultant at Optus, one of Australia’s leading telecommunications providers. With deep expertise in shaping future-ready workforces, Sam has led high-impact workforce strategies across both Optus and Singtel, driving transformation and bridging skill gaps to meet strategic business goals.
Before transitioning to workforce strategy, Sam built a successful career in international tourism and major events, delivering projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, and the UAE. Her passion for building bridges—both cultural and professional—has become a hallmark of her leadership style.
Sam is deeply committed to fostering connection and community. She serves as a Board Director for the ACCA Dragonboat Racing Club, is a proud New Colombo Plan Alumnus, and contributes as Deputy Chair of the Optus Culture Connect Employee Network. In addition, as People and Culture Director at the Australia-Vietnam Leadership Dialogue, Sam champions initiatives that strengthen the bilateral relationship between Australia and Vietnam.
