Sarah leads Deloitte Australia’s Workforce Analytics, Strategy and Planning market offering, and Human Capital Consulting’s efforts in the Victorian Public Sector.
She has extensive experience in providing strategic workforce and capability advice to industry, government and the private sector across Asia Pacific, the US and Europe. Her consulting focus is workforce transformation, strategy and strategic workforce planning in the Public Sector.
Sarah has previously lead Deloitte’s Global Talent offering, and the Netherlands’ Future of Work initiative and Talent Strategy team. Her consulting experience includes working with large public and private sector organisations across all industries, and she has talent management, HR strategy, organisation design and culture change experience.
Sarah has undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in psychology from The University of Melbourne and an MBA from the University of NSW.
