Rebecca is a strategic workforce planning leader who has developed and matured numerous workforce planning functions across state and federal government. This includes leading development of workforce strategy for the Victorian health sector, digital for Victoria, Fire Rescue Victoria and Services Australia (Centrelink and Medicare).
She is passionate about data and evidence led strategic workforce planning and enjoys helping organisations identify potential future state scenarios, maturing workforce analytics and insights, and designing strategy that bridges current state to future needs.
In her current work with the Victorian Department of Health this includes looking at opportunities to increase the capacity and capability of Victoria’s healthcare workforce with an emphasis on improving workforce supply, building talent pipelines for regional Victoria, developing contemporary roles for new models of care, augmenting through technology, and improving staff experience.
