I currently lead the People Data, Analytics and Insight team for Ofcom. Having started my career as an organisational psychologist, I have worked with multiple organisations as an external and internal consultant.

Much of my career has been in a private sector organisation consulting and delivering analytic projects to senior leaders (e.g. Employee Engagement).

My interest with data analytics in my work stems from being an organisational psychologist by trade, and my current role enables me to use my experiences and passions for the benefit of Ofcom's customers and colleagues.
