Michael is currently Head of People Analytics for Nestle Europe and forms part of the Zone Europe HR Leadership team. Prior to this he performed the role of Ad Interim Global Head of People Analytics for Nestlé, leading the successful delivery of People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning across the Nestle group, and enabling the adoption of an insights driven culture through the leverage of analytics as a strategic enabler.

Michael is currently leading the re-design of Nestle’s approach Strategic Workforce Planning, to bring a focus on Future Skills and alignment on Integrated Talent strategy through a 4B approach to strategic actions.
