Jan's career has always centered around humans and their use of technology. As a consultant and project manager in educational technology, a change management consultant, learning concept owner, and in his latest role as Future of Work trendwatcher and consultant at Rabobank.

In this latest form he works together with other innovation managers, (neuro) behavior scientist and data scientists to understand the current culture and operation at the bank, initiate experiments and coordinate the changes needed to be future ready. His latest big project was to help Rabobank move to a hybrid way of working.

Jan regularly speaks at internal and external events on Future of Work, Hybrid working, and the role of People Analytics.
