I joined Expedia in Sept 2021 as VP, People Analytics and Insights. Our team believe that data powers experiences and our mission is therefore to use analytics to gain maximum value from people data, to better understand business performance and shape the Expedian experience.

For the first half of my career I worked in HR in learning and talent management roles. In the second half I moved into People analytics, beginning with building out the people analytics function from its beginning at ING bank and then leading a large-scale people analytics transformation at GlaxoSmithKline, prior to joining Expedia.

In 2018 I completed an MBA in big data and business analytics at the University of Amsterdam and have recently relocated from Amsterdam to Seattle.
